Viewpoint Mount Stavros

Located on the East coast, on steep rocks above the village of Benitses, there is a cluster of villages locally known with the name “Stavros” (Cross). Where the Corfu Trail passes the village of Dafnata, you have the possibility to make a short detour to the Stavros viewpoint, indicated with red arrows and text on the road. On clear days you can appreciate a spectacular view of Corfu Town,  Pantokrator Mountain, the Northeast coast, the Albanian mountains and the Greek mainland!
